Every product is sourced from a named apiary we visit each season. We prioritize bee health over yield — which is exactly why the flavor and quality stay this distinct, harvest to harvest.

What's the difference between your honey varietals?+

Each is bottled separately by source apiary and season rather than blended, so flavor, color, and texture vary by harvest. See the product page for each varietal's tasting notes.

How is freshness maintained in transit?+

Honey, pollen, beeswax, and propolis are naturally shelf-stable and don't require refrigeration. Royal jelly ships cold and is best kept refrigerated once received.

Can we visit an apiary?+

We arrange seasonal visits for stockists and partners — mention it in your enquiry and we'll coordinate timing.
