Wildflower Reserve

Harvested each summer from hives set among open hill-country meadows, Wildflower Reserve is our benchmark jar — the one we hand a first-time visitor to taste the whole range against.

Because the bees are working dozens of wildflower species at once, no two seasons taste quite the same, but the profile stays balanced: light floral notes up front, a soft amber body, and a clean finish that never turns cloying. Raw and unfiltered, so a little of the pollen and comb texture that gives it character stays right where it belongs.
