We work with the hive, not around it.
Every jar, block, and bottle we sell traces back to a hive we visit ourselves. No brokers, no blending between farms — just what our own bees make, season by season.

Beekeeping
Every harvest begins at the hive.
Our beekeepers inspect each hive by hand through the season — checking brood health, mite pressure, and forage before a single frame is pulled for harvest. We'd rather leave honey on the comb than stress a colony that needs it.

Bee health comes before yield.
We don't feed sugar syrup to force extra honey, and we don't treat prophylactically. It means smaller harvests some seasons — but it's also why the honey, pollen, and wax we sell taste and behave the way raw hive products are supposed to.
