Set among coastal citrus groves during bloom, this varietal picks up a genuinely bright citrus perfume you can smell before the jar is even open. It runs paler and lighter-bodied than our other honeys, with a clean sweetness and almost no aftertaste lingering behind it.

A favorite for drizzling over yoghurt, glazing roasted vegetables, or stirring into tea where a heavier honey would overpower everything else on the plate.
