Bee Pollen
Granules collected fresh at the hive entrance, dried gently.
Origin: Hill Country apiaries
- Crunchy texture
- Golden granules
- Nutrient-dense
As foraging bees return to the hive, a pollen trap gently combs the granules from their legs before they pass inside — the bees keep foraging, we collect what falls away. Nothing is heated above hive temperature, so the natural texture, color, and aroma stay intact.
The result is a jar of small, golden-orange granules with a mild floral flavor and a distinctive crunch. Most customers sprinkle it over yoghurt, oatmeal, or smoothies rather than eating it by the spoonful — a little goes a long way.
