Nurse bees produce royal jelly to feed the colony’s youngest larvae and, exclusively, the queen for her entire life. Harvesting it means visiting queen cells at exactly the right stage of development — a narrow, hands-on window that keeps every batch genuinely small.
Fresh royal jelly is a pale, creamy, slightly tart substance quite unlike honey — most people take it in small measured amounts rather than by the spoonful. We harvest and jar it fresh with no additives, keeping it refrigerated from hive to shelf.
